Insurance Activation Instructions

If the insurance covers all medical expenses, we will process it to the best of our ability to ensure you receive optimal care. The insurance claim procedure is as follows:

Step 1
The patient contacts the primary insurer by email or phone to confirm that they were really treated at our healthcare facility.
Step 2
The primary insurance company contacts our insurance officer at +6287859206015 and sends an email to pesonagiliassistance@gmail.com
Step 3
The primary insurer sends the Guarantee of Payment (GOP) via the provided email, or the primary insurer may also proceed with direct payment after we have submitted all the required documents.
